Q: I've forgotten my Pool Login or Password. What do I do?
A: Go to the Login page, and enter what you think the Pool Login ID is. Press the Login button. If the Pool Login ID you entered was incorrect, you will be on the Incorrect Login page. At the bottom of that page is a HELP form where you can enter information about your pool and the automatic search & mailer will try to help you.

If you still can't find the pool or the automailer can't resolve the pool administrator's address to send email, then enter text into the Here is my problem: box and press the help me button again and your request will be dealt with by a human, usually within 1 business day.

If you can enter the email address of the pool administrator, it will be the most helpful in finding the Pool Login ID of your pool.
